The Conceria Cervinia SPA was founded in 1973, and since then produces exclusively PU coated splits called “CROSTE RUFFINO”. The system of production is by the transfer either through the use of paper or silicon rubber (matrixes).
We only use products from Bayer & Lanxess levacast line.
Our leathers are destined especially for the production of direct injection (PU or PVC) shoes or other tvpes through roughing. The splits produced by the Conceria Cervinia with the by cast technology are principally used in the technical shoe and safety shoe sectors.

The splits are water-resistant and can by produced, upon request, dyed through. Endless prints can be created even directly from a leather skin. They can be produced in various thicknesses from a minimum of 1.0 mm up to 3.0 mm, with various degrees of softness or hardness. For quantities above 300 m2, special colours can be made according to the request of the client, all using the high technology products of Bayer Leverkusen.
